Synopsis:
Professor Million, head of the James College Math Department, is upset that the school is unable to finance a new building due to lack of funds. He decides to use his mathematical skills to raise the money through crime.

Million hires a gang of crooks and plans robberies for them. Green Arrow and Speedy are unable to stop the gang as they escape with the money. Professor Million orders the gang to not use violence. They double-cross him and try to kill Green Arrow. Professor Million rescues the archers if they promise not to stop his next robbery.

When the gang then turns on Million again, Green Arrow and Speedy rescue him. Professor Million is given the award for the crooks' capture which is used for the new school building. He also promises not to get involved with any more crimes.
