Synopsis:
Ralph and Sue Dibny visit Wishbone City. After a day of shopping, they witness the residents acting strangely. The people lose their inhibitions and begin carrying out their secret impulses. Ralph and Sue are also affected.

When someone throws a brick through a jewelry store window, two thieves steal the jewels. Ralph chases them into a laboratory where UHF experiments are in progress. Ralph apprehends the thieves and in the process damages the UHF machine which he then learns is responsible for the strange behavior in Wishbone City.
