Synopsis:
After a test of his super-speed, Flash discovers he has gained the ability to read minds. He learns two small-time crooks are planning a robbery. Flash stops the robbery and apprehends the crooks.

After being taken to jail, the Ralston brothers escape with a mind-over-matter ability. A side-effect of the Flash's actions cause the crooks to manipulate items they've touched with their minds. The crooks proceed to commit crimes with their new abilities. Flash tracks them down, then reverses the effects of his experiment. He loses his telepathic power, but also cancels out the crooks' abilities.
