"The River" (Part 1)
This story continues in El Diablo #14.
Synopsis:
El Diablo is approached by an illegal immigrant. He believes that his brother tried to cross the border and is now dead. El Diablo investigates and finds several dead men who were dumped by coyotes attempting to get them across the border. When the authorities turn a blind eye to the problem, Rafael crosses the border and attempts to make contact with the head of the coyote operation, El Tiburon.
