Synopsis:
El Diablo arrives at the restaurant of Chuy Salinas where three drug dealers ambush him. During the fight Hector Enriquez walks in to the building and assists El Diablo. One of the dealers then gives El Diablo the name of his boss, Benny Contreras. After the dealers flee, Hector offers to get more information about them from school.
El Diablo tracks down Benny, a club owner, who denies involvement. He gives the masked street fighter the name El Norte as the man behind the drug trade. Rafael Sandoval uses his police contacts to follow up on the name before dealing with his day job as a city councilman.
Sandoval and the mayor's assistant Virginia Dix pay a visit to importer Evan Muhlbach. When they find Muhlbach's assistant dead, Muhlbach accuses Sandoval of murder.
