Synopsis:
Danny the Street returns to meet his friend Sara. She attends a show which is interrupted by the murder of a man named Eddie. Danny is under attack by a group known as the Men from N.O.W.H.E.R.E. who want to eliminate anomalies. Danny tries to flee by moving himself to another city.

Meanwhile, the Doom Patrol prepare to move their headquarters after the attack by Brain and Mallah.
