"The Night of Brahma Part Two"
This story is continued from Doctor Fate #2 and continues in Doctor Fate #4.
Synopsis:
Doctor Fate attempts to transform Jack Small back into human form. He succeeds, but Small's height is reduced considerably. Nabu finishes the job, then takes everyone to the park where Typhon is waiting. Doctor Fate goes into action and begins attacking. However, Nabu has actually forged a truce with the Lord of Chaos. The goal of the alliance is to stop the Lords of Order from bringing about Mahapralaya, the sleep of Brahma. This would essentially bring about the end to all life in the universe. Typhon then takes over Jack Small's body as a host.
In California, those same Lords of Order recruit Andrew Bennett. The vampire wants to die, but he cannot. The Lords of Order make it clear that bringing about the Mahapralaya will end his life, so he agrees to become their agent.
