Synopsis:
Cameron Scott and Eve Eden begin a relationship. She tells him that she is a CIA agent sent to spy on him and is secretly Nightshade. Her honesty keeps Scott interested, but he leaves town for job opportunities on the West Coast. General Eiling has contacted the companies that Scott wants to work for. He threatens to cancel government contracts if they hire Scott.
While Scott is interviewing at Lockleed Aircraft, thieves try to steal a prototype Stealthray. Captain Atom and Nightshade stop the thieves who kill themselves rather than risk capture. Their boss Alex Rois returns that night to try again. Rois, aka the Faceless One, possesses super powers and battles the two heroes. Captain Atom is forced to destroy the prototype before Rois can teleport away.
