Synopsis:
In 1963, Andre quits the Blackhawks and begins working for John F. Kennedy. When he receives intelligence that Kennedy has been targeted for assassination, Andre is killed before he can tell anyone. The Blackhawks investigate Andre's murder and trace the killer to Dallas. They are on hand to see the Kennedy assassination, but the killer escapes.

Five years later, Olaf is working in Vietnam and uncovers evidence that Robert Kennedy has been targeted. Andre's killer fires a rocket that possibly kills Olaf, but not before he warns the team. In California, the Blackhawks try to protect Bobby, but once again they fail.

In 1975, Blackhawk finally tracks down Andre's killer, Stephen Weir, aka Hardwire. Weir is the grandson of Death Mayhew. The two men fight it out on the rooftops in Saigon. Blackhawk finally has vengeance when he kills Weir. The men behind Weir's activities believe their feud with Blackhawk is over, but Blackhawk vows to continue until Olaf is found.
