Synopsis:
Robin breaks into the apartment of Felipe Garzonas after hearing a woman screaming. He takes down Felipe while Batman handles the bodyguard, Juan. The girl is Gloria Stanson, whom Felipe was in the process of raping. However, when Felipe is brought to the police, they must release him. Felipe is the son of a diplomat and has immunity.
Robin is angry and with Batman's help, he begins trailing Felipe. They gather evidence against the crook involving drug trafficking. Batman and Robin then move in to bust Felipe and the other dealers. The arrest will be enough to get him deported. Before he leaves town, Felipe makes a call to Gloria, which results in her hanging herself.
After Robin finds her dead, he confronts Felipe. Batman follows and arrives just as the diplomat's on is falling off the balcony of a tall building. Robin claims he slips, but Batman wonders if Robin may have pushed him.
