Synopsis:
Lois Lane is injured in a traffic accident and rushed to a hospital. While Superman tracks down a surgeon to help her, Lois dreams that the Man of Steel gives her a blood transfusion. The transfusion gives Lois super powers, and she becomes Superwoman. A criminal scientist named Dr. Skowl captures Superman, intending to kill him. Lois successfully rescues Superman in her dream, then she finally wakes up. Superman was able to find the surgeon to save Lois's life, and she eventually recovers from her injuries.
