Synopsis:
Atlantis is invaded by a trio of mongols, who have been granted centuries long life by a rare serum. As they approach the underwater city, Aquababy slips into their ship and is exposed to an experimental serum. He ages into a young man. Liat, the daughter of the mongol leader, falls in love with Aquaboy. Her father uses a talisman to hypnotize Aquaboy, gaining his allegiance.
Tamerkhan, the mongol leader, then imprisons Aquaman and takes over the city. Mera's hard water powers are neutralized by a magic ring worn by Tamerkhan. She pretends to side with the mongol against Aquaman, and in so doing destroys the talisman that controls Aquaboy.
Aquaboy saves his father's life, but is still forced to marry Liat. Before the marriage can be official, Aquaboy reverts to Aquababy. Tamerkhan intends to restore him to his young adult form, but the baby takes the mongol's ring. Without the ring in effect, Mera is able to break free with her hard water powers. Aquaman and Mera then defeat the mongols, who all die in the battle.
