This story is continued from Suicide Squad #46.

Synopsis:
The Atom gets word to Amanda Waller concerning Kobra's corruption of the Israeli named Dybbuk. She sends Count Vertigo to stop the planes set to destroy a mosque. The Hayoth continue their opposition of the Suicide Squad. Golem goes up against Count Veritgo while Judith battles Bronze Tiger who is trying to save Vixen's life.

Back at Hayoth headquarters, Ravan goes after Kobra directly and is killed. Atom and the Israeli named Ramban choose not to fight each other. Instead Ramban is able to neurtalize Dybbuk to end the threat. Kobra is imprisoned once again, and the Suicide Squad is asked to leave the country.
