Synopsis:
Lashina succeeds in bringing a contingent of Suicide Squad members to Apokolips. During the landing of the transport shuttle, Lashina causes it to crash and kill some lowlies. Shade objects to the killing of innocents. Lashina realizes that Shade has outlived his usefulness and fights him. She succeeds in getting him to stand down by telling him that she is the only person who can get them all home.
The other members of the team, who had been drugged by Poison Ivy, slowly awaken, including Barda. Barda knows that Lashina wants to kill Bernadeth and take her place as leader of the Female Furies. She brought the Suicide Squad to act as cannon fodder.
While the team argues with Lashina, a group of para-demons attacks. The team defends itself, but Briscoe's helicopter crashes. He is believed dead. Although the team fights off the attack, Granny Goodness arrives with the Female Furies, and the real fight begins.
Back on Earth, the Bronze Tiger tries to put together a team to rescue the others. Sarge Steel orders him not to use felons or ask Mister Miracle for help. Ben then breaks Deadshot out of Arkham to help, and the Forever People arrive to assist with the transport.
