Synopsis:
William Hell, a masked vigilante in Central City, has been stopping street-level crime. However, Hell is allowing white criminals to go free and making them join his Aryan Empire organization.

Amanda Waller briefs the Suicide Squad on the situation. Deadshot, a former friend of Hell's real identity James Heller, explains how Hell's parents were killed in a riot. Hell then followed in the footsteps of his grandfather, a former Nazi.

The Squad then sets up William Hell. Captain Boomerang joins his organization, then Deadshot impersonates Hell at a rally. The real Hell challenges Deadshot, and the Squad ensures that he loses. Deadshot unmasks Hell as Heller, then Flag shoots Deadshot with blanks. The crowd then believes William Hell is dead, and Heller is taken into police custody and discredited.
