Synopsis:
Harold Melrose has been released from federal custody in order to assist with the development of a battle suit for the military. When the battle suit, codenamed Artillery, is ready for testing, Melrose sends the pilot Jarred to Phoenix. There, Artillery battles Starman and shoots down two civil defense planes. Starman eventually takes down his armored opponent and learns that Melrose was behind the attack. He leaves Jarred in the custody of Mexican authorities before returning home. Unbeknownst to Starman, some ordinance from Artillery has sparked a forest fire.
