Synopsis:
The Sea Devils encounter a merman, Nurro, at the circus. Nurro telepathically explains that he was transformed into a merman from his natural fish form by a giant guardian in a treasure ship graveyard. The Sea Devils agree to help Nurro restore his natural form and rescue his girlfriend Serra from the giant.

Upon reaching the graveyard, each of the Sea Devils enters the domain of the giant. Each is transformed into a half-fish form. Dane becomes a sharkman, Biff becomes half-manta, Judy becomes a mermaid, and Nicky becomes a seahorse. They are then forced to fight one another, their fish natures having taken hold of their minds. However, the human-half wins out, and they turn against the giant, destroying him with a mine. The shock wave from the explosion restores the Sea Devils and Nurro to their natural forms.
