Synopsis:
Rip Hunter and his team gather footage of World War II battles on the eastern front. The Time Sphere is shot down and the team is captured. Hitler forces Rip to retieve Napoleon from the past to learn the secret escape route for his army retreating from the Russians.

Rip follows Hitler's orders, because Jeff is held hostage. He returns to the 19th century and finds Napoleon. He rescues Napoleon from the Prussians then returns him to Hitler.

Hitler sends Rip and Napoleon to the front to help his army. Rip double-crosses them and leads them to a frozen lake which gives way. The German army is defeated. Rip and Napoleon then return to Germany and rescue Jeff. Rip returns Napoleon to his own time, leaving Hitler to face his ultimate defeat.
