This issue features the debut of new uniforms for Rip and his team.

Synopsis:
Corky is kidnapped by wanted felon Lars Kreel. Kreel forces Corky to take him in the Time Sphere to meet his criminal hero Harry Hawkins the Highwayman. Rip, Bonnie, and Jeff follow in another Time Sphere, but arrive too late. Kreel, Hawkins, and the Corky leave in the Time Sphere to meet another historical villain.

Once again Rip follows the crooks and takes the place of Count de Grammond in a duel with the Black Knight. Following the duel, Rip follows the Knight back to his comrades, Kreel and Hawkins. One Time Sphere is destroyed, so both groups race to the remaining Sphere. Bonnie has cleverly guarded it, and the villains are captured.
