Synopsis:
After Vic Sage is injured in a car accident, criminal Melly Warder finds his clothes and mask. Melly impersonates the Question and begins murdering innocent people. Isadore O'Toole learns about the rampage. He pursues Warder believing it to be the real Question. He also questions his own reformed ways. Eventually he finds Warder and a shootout ensues. Warder is killed.

Meanwhile, Myra and Richard Dragon hunt for Vic. They eventually find him injured and hiding in the church where he was abandoned as a child. Vic wants to leave Hub City.
