Synopsis:
The Question investigates rumors that the McVey Company is involved with terrorists. When he visits their plant, he sees Farley McVey, the owner, being beaten by gun runners. The Question attempts to stop the thugs, but Farley stabs him. The Question is forced to flee.

Research at the news station reveals that Farley took over the company from his father Ian Angus McVey. Farley is involved with the smugglers, but his father stopped a shipment of guns. The Question then tracks Ian McVey to a farmhouse.

When the Question arrives the gun runners led by Benno Musto have already arrived. The Question takes out Benno's men, but the killer gets inside the house. Benno is then shot by his own son who had come to kill McVey to prove himself to his father. The boy has been mentally and physically abused by Benno and has already disfigured his own face in order to earn his father's love.
