Synopsis:
Multiple groups of current and former Legionnaires reunite on Winath, home of Garth and Imra Ranzz. Roxxas has also come to Winath to continue murdering Legionnaires. He first encounters Mekt Ranzz, the now-reformed Lightning Lord. Roxxas incorrectly assumes that Mekt is there to kill Legionnaires too. When Bounty finds Roxxas, she is attacked. Mekt tries to help her, but Roxxas critically injures both of them.

Next Roxxas attacks Reep Daggle. He shoots him in the head before turning his attention to Celeste Rockfish, the detective sent to find him. He shoots her in the leg, then beats her senseless. Jo Nah witnesses the attack and comes to Celeste's aid. Roxxas uses a device which seemingly disintegrates Jo.

When the Dominators learn about the attack, they worry that their plan has been compromised. They have secretly taken over Earthgov and are concerned that Roxxas's brazen attacks will reunite the Legion and possibly expose their involvement.
