Synopsis:
The Seven Soldiers of Victory are enlisted by eccentric millionaire Weldon Darrel to solve five riddles and return with treasures. When they have completed their assignments, Darrel agrees to pay a million dollars to charity.
Each of the Seven Soldiers solves his riddle and locates the treasure. Crimson Avenger and Green Arrow are accused of stealing the treasures and hunted by police, while the Shining Knight is nearly framed for a burglary. The Soldiers clear themselves of the crimes and return to Darrel. They realize that Darrel is a phony, so they capture him and rescue the real millionaire from his wine cellar.
