Synopsis:
Hawk faces off against a group of armed men. He is surprised when a girl wearing a version of Dove's costume helps him defeat them. He is upset that she is trying to take his dead brother's place. She claims to have been given her powers by the same mysterious voice that gave Hawk his powers. Hawk tries to capture her, but when he is momentarily blinded, she escapes.
Hank Hall returns to campus at Georgetown. He question his friends, suspecting that the new Dove has been keeping tabs on him. After another encounter with Dove, Hank returns to the warehouse where they first met. However, Kestrel, a psychotic version of Hawk created by the Lords of Chaos is waiting for him. Kestrel captures Hank and gags him to prevent him from saying the word which will turn him into Hawk.
