Synopsis:
After spending 18 years in prison, convicted felon Al Muncy is released after his lawyers convince a judge to grant a retrial on the seven counts of child murder. The one survivor and key witness in the case is Annie Green, who was a 10-year old victim when Muncy went to prison. Green is now a therapist who is working with Dinah Lance and Oliver Queen to help Dinah move on after she was brutally attacked.
When Green receives a threat by mail, Ollie agrees to help her. Muncy has been under constant watch Lt. Cameron and the police. Green Arrow is still able to get around them to confront Muncy. He tells Muncy to back off, then shows the police the mailed package which was not post-marked. Somehow Muncy got away from police to mail it.
That night Ollie waits outside Green's home. A masked gunman tries to break inside. Ollie shoots him, but the man escapes. Ollie finds the arrow, but is surprised that it did not draw blood.
