Synopsis:
Joan Garrick brings Ken and Dana Simpson to meet the Flash. Dana explains that the Joker has been taunting her and her infant son. Wally offers to help, but first he stops by the police station. He finds that the police captain has been killed with Joker venom.

Wally calls Batman who informs him that the Joker is not in Keystone City. He suggests that it is the work of an impostor. Flash then tracks down Juice Mantee, a former member of the Joker's gang. He admits to killing the captain before he is shot from long range.

Having solved the captain's murder, Wally still can not explain Dana's story. However, Joan and Linda Park can. They realize that Dana's story was a delusion created by post-partum depression. Dana's delusion causes her to nearly kill her own son, but Flash saves him. Dana is then turned over to the authorities to deal with her mental health issues.
