Synopsis:
After a fight with his mother, Wally meets with Joan Garrick who convinces him to move to Keystone City. Wally then takes his girlfriend to a movie where he encounters and captures a hitman who fired at the crowd. He doesn't know if he was the target or not.

Meanwhile, Mrs. West uses the Justice League transporter to visit Italy. She meets an Interpol inspector and helps him catch a jewel thief.
