Synopsis:
Stretch Skinner brags about his prowess as a fighter, but when crooks get the drop on him, Wildcat comes to his rescue. Stretch decides that he needs his own costume to help him fight crime, so he becomes the Tomcat.

While Stretch secretly practices rooftop prowling, Wildcat tangles with two more crooks. Stretch falls and lands on Wildcat nearly allowing the crooks to escape. Wildcat catches them before they get away, while Stretch returns to his office. Stretch decides to give up the costume, but not before Wildcat identifies him as the Tomcat.
