Synopsis:
Four members of the Legion including Brainiac 5 meet to discuss their involvement in a secret plan that may destroy the team from within. Later Polar Boy, who is growing suspicious, enlists Tellus to report on any potential problems he can sense telepathically. Meanwhile Mon-El takes off on a mission that he refuses to explain.
Having already sent Dawnstar to search for Chameleon Boy, who has gone undercover, Polar Boy sends Phantom Girl, Ultra Boy, and Shadow Lass to help her. The trail leads to Rimbor where Chameleon Boy has infiltrated the Arrangers, a group working for Starfinger. They report that their leader is not really dead, and he helps them to reacquire credits that have been locked in bank accounts since Starfinger's apparent demise. When Phantom Girl finds Cham, he warns her to stay away so that he can complete his mission.
Back on Earth, Tellus senses a thought in the mind of Saturn Girl which convinces him that a conspiracy exists inside the Legion, and that she is a part of it.
