This story features single panel gag entitled "Why Big Brudders Leave Home".

Synopsis:
Scribbly encounters a man on the street who has escaped from an asylum. He asks Ma Hunkle to watch the man while he goes to the police for help. The man convinces Hunkle, Sisty, and Dinky that he is an inventor working on a secret government project. Convinced that they are helping their country, the Red Tornado and the Cyclone Kids rescue the man by stealing a police wagon. When they are safely hidden from the police the man explains his invention which removes the points of bullets. Realizing that the man is indeed a lunatic, the Red Tornado turns the man into the police.
