Synopsis:
Bruce Wayne is asked by Commissioner Gordon to go undercover in prison to expose an escape plan. Bruce is convicted as a notorious thief, the Collector. In prison he locates a stolen set of blueprints in the possession of Squint Neely, a felon. In an accident, though, Squint dies, and Bruce is believed to be responsible.
Robin teams up with Batwoman, telling her that Batman is in Europe, to locate the Collector and clear Bruce’s name, since Gordon is in a coma and cannot explain Bruce’s innocence. Robin and his new partner are able to bring in the thief just before Bruce is scheduled to be executed. With the real crook in custody, Bruce is cleared of all charges.
