Synopsis:
A Black Orchid impostor robs the Majestic Jewelry Store. Police are unable to capture her as she flies away. Later, when the real Black Orchid saves some construction workers, she is accused of being a criminal, and police try to arrest her. She then goes undercover to find out who framed her.

After overhearing underworld talk, she traces the crime to Pete Martin and his girl friend Myrna. As the couple tries to get away in a plane bound for Rio, the Black Orchid, disguised as Myrna, gets Pete to confess over the radio. She then forces the plane to land. The police, having heard the confession, are waiting to arrest the real crooks.
