Synopsis:
Race car driver Ronnie Kuhn dreams of becoming the Black Orchid and has fashioned a home-made costume for herself. One day she is recruited by five women who tell her that they are the Legion of the Black Orchid. They demonstrate the technology that gives them super powers and invite Ronnie to join them. She accepts the offer and returns home. The other women then celebrate their plan to use Ronnie as a patsy in a criminal endeavor.
