Synopsis:
Wally West learns from his teacher, Linda Grant that the Big Ace Construction Company has gotten a contract to build a new school. Her fiancée, Ralph Parker has lost the bid on the contract.
On the way home, Wally sees Parker getting attacked by two thugs. Kid Flash helps chase them off. The two try to discover why Parker was attacked. At first they believe that a company that produces Go-Mobiles, dangerous recreational vehicles, has sent the attackers because Parker has campaigned against the sale of the vehicles to children. Kid Flash determines that the company is not to blame.
When Parker thinks about the attack further he believes that the construction company could be behind the attack. Kid Flash investigates and determines that the school is built with faulty materials. The thugs attack again and are caught by Kid Flash. The constuction company is turned in to the police, and Parker is awarded the contract to build the school.
