Synopsis:
A trio of Legionnaires investigate a robbery of the Interplanetary Bank by a thief using lightning bolts. Lightning Lad and Light Lass recognize the crook as their brother Mekt. All three gained lightning powers after an encounter with beasts on the planet Korbal. The Legionnaires track down Mekt, the self-proclaimed Lightning Lord, and attempt to apprehend him. Timber Wolf and Light Lass are unsuccessful, but Lightning Lad prevails by reflecting his lightning off a cliff filled with silver ore. The blast causes Lightning Lord's hair to turn snow white.
