Comments:
This story features the first appearance of the Earth-1 Green Arrow and Speedy. The Earth-2 Green Arrow first appeared in the second story of More Fun Comics #73.

Synopsis:
Green Arrow rounds up a gang of counterfeiters led by artist Albrecht Raines. The counterfeits were spotted by their poor coloring. Raines escapes from the police and vows to get even with Green Arrow. He becomes the Rainbow Archer using arrows of all colors except green. He tangles with Green Arrow again when robbing an armored car. He nearly escapes by signaling police to move in the wrong direction, but he lacks a green arrow in his quiver to make the signal. As a result, Raines is apprehended by Green Arrow.
