Synopsis:
When a story about a young Wall Street investor appears in a magazine, small-time crook Sharf and his partners decide to use him. Through the article the crooks learn that Rory Bell phones in his stock orders while riding his motorcycle. They plant a bug on the motorcycle, then plan to copy his orders. However, Rory speaks in a code with his broker that the crooks don't understand.

Sharf then kidnaps Rory and forces him to place orders for them directly. Using his code, Rory alerts his broker to trouble by selling Wayne Enterprises stock. The broker tells Bruce Wayne, who then deciphers Rory's code. As the Batman, Bruce locates and rescues Rory.
