Synopsis:
Theo Zappa, the corrupt head of a giant corporation, gains control of a re-memory machine which allows him to reprogram the minds of others.
When Panja Darr, an alien from a world where magic is the norm, appears to him offering to buy Earth's supply of plankton to replace that of his own world, which has been decimated by magical pollution, Zappa uses the machine to steal Darr's powerful magic wand. He then absconds with all Earth's plankton and attempts to blackmail both planets.
Aware that this will eventually destroy Earth's food supply and end all life on the planet, the Justice League goes into action, with Superman and Aquaman attacking Zappa beneath the sea, Flash and Hawkman fighting him in space, and Batman and Atom finally following him to Panja Darr's world with the alien's ship. There he is beaten and his scheme thwarted, but the pollution problems of both planets remain unsolved.
