Synopsis:
Many of the U.S. military's top officers are suddenly struck down by an invisible death ray. Etta Candy informs Wonder Woman that Admiral Seagoer was killed. One the the new Holliday girls, the giantess Marya, was near the admiral and has disappeared. Wonder Woman investigates and finds Marya trapped aboard a submarine piloted by Nazi war criminals. Wonder Woman rescues Marya and traces the Nazis to Africa.
Wonder Woman and Marya encounter a tribe of African natives, the Meanugs, who have allied themselves with the Nazis. They rescue a group of slaves, the Zoogoos, who are being used to power the death ray. Wonder Woman is briefly captured by a tribal witchdoctor, but Steve Trevor and Marya help her escape.
Wonder Woman and Marya then track down the Nazi base, while Steve arranges reinforcements. Wonder Woman is taken prisoner by the Nazi leader and forced to power the death ray to target Steve. Steve escapes the death ray, then Wonder Woman breaks free. With Marya's help, Wonder Woman battles the Nazis until Steve's plane arrives with help. The Nazis are defeated, ending the death ray threat.
