Synopsis:
When a flood threatens the town of Deep Valley, Johnny Quick pitches in to help build a dike. The townspeople still face danger and are frightened, so Johnny brings the performers of a travelling circus into town to entertain, while the work continues. With Johnny's assistance, the dike is built, and the town is saved.
