Synopsis:
Cosmic Boy and Night Girl fly to Houston to check on the payload of a NASA satellite which Cosmic Boy saved from an explosion. He befriends NASA scientist Jason Krinnski, then protects the facility from an attack by angry protestors. When the riot has been brought under control, Cosmic Boy is forced to flee from authorities attempting to enforce the presidential edict banning super-heroes. With the payload safe, Cosmic Boy believes that mankind's destiny to reach other planets will be achieved, ensuring his own future.
