Synopsis:
Mon-El, Blok, and Ultra Boy embark on their trip to the Dominion with Ambassador Relnic. Tellus, the White Witch, Wildfire, and Quislet arrive on Hykraius after responding to a call for help from Tellus's people. Unbeknownst to the Legionnaires both missions are part of a plot by Universo, who has secret agents working for him including Relnic.
Brainiac 5 and another group of Legionnaires respond to a call from the Niagara Hydroenergy Station. Lightning monsters have been set loose and are causing electrical damage. With the help of Lightning Lass, Dream Girl, Timber Wolf, and Colossal Boy, Brainiac 5 is able to stun the monsters, so that they can be safely taken away.
Brainiac 5 then joins Sun Boy and Dawnstar at a night club, while Polar Boy expresses interest in becoming Legion leader. Following a night on the town, Brainiac 5 returns to Legion Headquarters and receives the news that Rond Vidar has died.
