Synopsis:
Huitzilopochtli holds Hawk at knife-point. Dove comes to his rescue, and the police open fire on the goddess. When the police check on her, the woman grabs medic Deb Kafka. She is about to sacrifice the hostage, but Mr. Granger convinces her to wait until dawn. The goddess, now calling herself Azure, escapes with her prisoner.

Hawk and Dove recover from the wounds and speak with police. They then track Azure to the Washington Monument. Hawk rescues the doctor, while Dove uses the power of suggestion to defeat her opponent. Hawk then smashes the woman's amulet which she claims has now trapped her on Earth.
