This story is continued from Action Comics Weekly #639 and continues in Action Comics Weekly #641.

Synopsis:
Andy Flint and Lou Godder confront Jack about his actions as Wild Dog in which he burned down a drug house and assaulted the dealers. Jack explains that he is working his way up the chain and has located the suppliers of the drug. As Wild Dog, Jack breaks into a hotel room from which a gang of Jamaicans are dealing drugs. He shoots a couple of them, then he questions another.
