Synopsis:
Mr. Muscle and Private Eyes track down and rescue country singer Melanie Boulder. She had been imprisoned in a meat locker by a man who thought she was a sinner. Private Eyes is wounded while apprehending the man.

Meanwhile Microwavabelle and Voice-Over head to a liquor store that is the scene of a hostage crisis. Voice-Over uses his power to make the gunman think God is speaking to him. He orders the man to confess, but it goes too far. The gunman shoots himself, but not before he confesses to killing a man whom Microwavabelle believes was her husband.

Finally, while returning from a job rescuing a cat from a tree, Stretch and Hotshot are approached by a woman at the subway entrance. She reports a man with a water pistol threatening a smoker. The pistol is said to be filled with gasoline.
