Fatal Distraction Chapter Eight

This story is continued from Action Comics Weekly #621.

Synopsis:
During a fight between Wild Dog and the Night Slasher, Daniel Crown is stabbed. Wild Dog rushes him to the hospital for care. Later, Wild Dog returns to visit the boy. He tells Danny to give up following him.

Then the Night Slasher comes into the room, after talking her way passed the security guard. She explains to Wild Dog that she had contracted an STD in her youth. Years later, she had a child who dies because of her untreated and undiagnosed disease. She was seeking revenge against the man who gave her the STD by killing her former lovers. When she hurt a child, she felt that her quest should end. She stays in the room until the police come to arrest her.
