Synopsis:
Hawk has returned to Washington after spending time traveling abroad. He catches a group of bank robbers, but when the police arrive he is too busy talking to the media to notice that they escaped.

Following the incident Hank Hall goes to football practice at Georgetown. However, the coach will not let him play because he missed try-outs. A track star named Kyle Spencer befriends Hank and invites him to a restaurant with his girlfriend Donna and her roommate Renata who is interested in Hank. At the restaurant a blond girl bumps into Renata, but before introduction can be completed Hank runs off to go after the escaped bank robbers.

Hawk finds a warehouse and attempts to surprise the crooks. Instead, they surround him. Hawk is prepared to fight alone when a girl wearing an outfit similar to Hank's dead brother Don shows up to lend a hand.
