Synopsis:
Geravis, a photographer, posts an ad for models. After taking their pictures in heavy makeup, he kills them. The Spectre and Jim Corrigan disagree on how to deal with the killer. Jim is against killing him, while the Spectre seeks vengeance. The Spectre wins out and kills Geravis. While the photographer waits for his final fate, the Spectre learns that Geravis was abused by his mother who wore heavy makeup. The Spectre returns to Corrigan, conflicted by his mission and by Corrigan's conscience.
