Synopsis:
Thieves rob a fashion show where Joan Williams is working as a designer. The Flash tries to locate the crooks, but fails to find their trail. Later at the bank, the crooks strike again. This time Flash is on hand to stop the robbery. The gang leader known as the Monocle issues a challenge for the Flash. The speedster accepts the challenge to meet the Monocle at his hide-out.

When the Flash arrives, he walks into a trap. The Monocle and his men try to shoot him. As a back up plan, the Monocle has also arranged for Joan Williams to be kidnapped. Flash survives the trap. He apprehends the Monocle who has tried to escape by plane. He then tracks down Joan, who is in the hands of the Monocle’s men.
