Synopsis:
The Doom Patrol battles several super-villains in the skies above the Ozarks. Their plane is forced to crash, but everyone makes it out alive. The team heads for the nearby town of Highland Hollows which is under the control of Doctor Goodman, the man who created the super-villains.

While the team fights even more villains, Arani makes a run for the police station which Goodman is using to direct the operations. A town resident Jake Morley is locked in a cell, but grabs the gun of the deputy. Arani and Morely then stop Goodman and the sheriff he controlled. Arani is disappointed to learn that it was Goodman and not the Chief who was conducting the experiments in town.

After the battle Robotman arrives after having tracked down the others via government intelligence. Harry Stein then asks for their help with a hostage situation.
